Life moves quickly. Most days are filled with work, responsibilities, and endless notifications. We spend so much time planning for the future that we often forget to enjoy the small moments happening right now. Recently, I was reminded of this while sharing a bag of pick n mix sweets with family. It wasn't a special event. There was no birthday
